COºRDENADA Design Center is made up of 4 companies immersed in creativity. Within a region where the architectural project and culture towards planning is low, a space is developed that fosters a constant dialogue in search of the development of the city, where different disciplines, such as architecture, design, engineering, are merged and art, aiming at a better quality of life accompanied by professionals who nurture the new environment of our cities.

Having a strategic location so that companies and brands that revolve around design, architecture and construction coexist in the same space. COºRDENADA is a showcase of innovation and promotion of design possibilities. A space that encourages creativity from its flexible spaces that allows you to interact with products and brands that revolve around high specification architecture.

The design of the corporate space contains a line of industrial architecture that stands out in the city, including the reuse of train containers as the building's distribution block that mixes with materials such as glass, metal and structural beams visible from inside the building, which enhance its main feature. In turn, the interior maintains a connection with the environment, inspired by the golf course with which it adjoins, a strip is created with the rugs that allows the outdoor environment to be brought into the building, a kind of continuation of the green area.

With the contrasting and play of colors of the furniture and the characteristics of the systems, we seek to create a changing, comfortable, and innovative space that connects the different types of design and that encourages collaboration from its flexible spaces.

Located at a strategic point as a link between two borders, located in a large bi-national metropolis that fosters a strong border design culture and deepens good design through community participation, where designers, builders, entrepreneurs and Students gathered to exchange ideas, conduct business and obtain advice from the Coordinate Design Council made up of 4 companies from Juarez focused on design, construction and equipment.

COºRDENADA hopes to reduce the barriers to the adoption of good design and the low culture towards planning and architectural design, aiming to promote a center with best practices in architectural design, integrating in its essence a venue where sustainability, energy efficiency and innovation are its fundamental axes.
